Wine is one of life's great pleasures. Good value makes wine more pleasurable still. (And creating a wine list if one of the great perks of being restaurateurs.) We looked and tasted and compared and revised to get our wine list to where it is today: a solid selection of accessible, interesting wines by the glass and bottle representing a broad range of styles, grapes and wine producing regions. Like the dinner menu, our wine selections change to reflect the seasons and take advantage of special offerings from our suppliers.

Some selections are familiar. The French wines from Fat Bastard wines are justifiably popular. Some selections are less familiar. The Les Salices Viogner and Buchli Station Pinot Noir never fail to surprise our guests.

Vermont is home to a number of outstanding craft brewed beers. Otter Creek, Long Trail, and, of course, Trout River, are popular on-tap at Elements. We have many more beers in bottles, including Stella Artois and Guinness Stout.

For the especially spirited we have single malt scotches, port, premium vodkas, bourbons, and martinis of every stripe. We are especially happy to serve Vermont Spirits Gold, the finest vodka we've tasted. It's made right here in Barnet, distilled from 100% maple sap.
